Farewell
As most of you know our numbers have been reduced considerably and while this need not necessarily be an ending point for the legion it is crossroads for me personally and a time for self evaluation.
I will cherish the memories of our times in game and Teamspeak and hope you all have fun in your games of choice. As far as MMO's are concerned i will remain in Aion but will most likely have time to flirt with Guild Wars 2.
Esso, you are great but alas i don't think our schedules mesh and it sounds like you have other games on your horizon anyway.

it's later for you guys, right? i'm used to adjusting for steve and matt's backward timezones, lol. i'm in EST, which i'm thinking is 5 or 6 hrs behind you. sadly, i'm usually on late at night, which would mean the ass crack of dawn for europe =P

Yeah pretty unlikely Siel is going anywhere as it is actually still competitive in the abyss (so long as the Elyos can't pull their shit together lol)
It is more likely that Siel will merge with a struggling server rather than get absorbed

It is very different and it takes a bit to get used to the game. But I really think the game will turn out well in the end.

Yeah I got in alpha, I think instead of trying my luck with the PC beta though, I'm going to use the beta key I got with FFXIII just to be sure I get in. I've been keeping my eyes open for a good FFXIV guild, or "Company" but I've yet to find one, any good leads?

It's not the textures that look different, it's the overall mesh of the character (which is probably because a quick lookalike not detailed sliders or something?)
I'd say that's pretty impressive graphics for a console MMO.

Wish i could get in, can't wait for this game to release. Lost touch with a lot of friends from ffxi that are coming to xiv and hopefully I will be on the same server as some of you that will play~ :3

Well the alpha ended. Now I'm hoping to get into the PS3 Beta. I am curious how that will work since we weren't supposed to apply to both but we were given a PS3 key if we bought FFXIII so hopefully that will work out. Alpha and beta testing is two different things and because you were accepted into one doesn't mean you will get accepted into the other.

I understand you my friend... Im sorry Elysium has come to this but i felt it was a long time coming.
Indeed i have tons of other games, been playing Battlefield Bad company 2 multiplayer mostly, but i still like Aion. To be honest i lost most of my hype for the game after the first beta's. If not for the legion i would have dropped it off my radar or played it on a private server somewhere. Its depressing to play solo, and i hate pugs... Lately i have only Lordsanders to keep me company and even that is rare as he is from asia and our schedules indeed dont mesh.
I cant wait for Guild Wars 2 to come out. And i couldnt care less about the game, i just wanna play with you guys. I take it you are going for another legion? If people dont start showing up online and on TS after 1.9, im afraid i will have to look for a new one myself sadly.... And you have no idea how guilty i feel by even thinking about this. After all, i have all of you to thank for this awesome laptop i have here.
