Hey folks, need input on any high end pvp anyone has done in the BETA on here as possible.  I was thinking of just stacking dodge stones to get like 40-50% dodge to activate stun abilities and crit to try and get %10 in gear.  Anyone have any suggestions on ANY assassin PVP? ^_^

Oh and with Fatal Envenom I was thinking daggers would be better for more attack rate and higher crit?

Fatal Envemon I

Every physical attack have 2% chance to stun the target for 2min. It spends 2 scolopen poisons.

here'a some pretty nice pvp/ganking videos.  videos show case lvl 22-25 assassin pvp.

*as far as crit --> you'll probably want around 450-550 (45-50%) [here's the formula i saw from aionsource.com to tell ur crit % = 1% per 10 crit, then from 450 to 550, it's .5%, then after that, .25% or something]

--> here's a pretty nice video on an assassin with 41% crit www.youtube.com/watch

*IMO i would definitely stack crit and evasion early on especially when im still a lowbee.  once i hit crit cap (rumor has it 450, but i want 550 for 50% crit =p) i'll start either stacking HP for survivability or atk.power to nuke down faster

I'm a pretty aggressive player when it comes to pvp so i'll stack AP, unless I just get demolished by a nuke.  I just dunno much about other melee hit acc is, I guess I'll find out on release right and if my dodge abilities activate on ranged attacks too.

Crits are really what make sins a sin. Crit stones should be the thing you spend the most time on and Attack stones after that. about 80%/20%. Sins also get a skill that lets them dodge the next attack, im not sure if that lets you trigger your dodge skills, but im sure it does.

as setsuna mentioned, sin gets a move called force evasion allowing the player to dodge the next attack for 5 secs melee or magic.  this will trigger you to be able to use your dodge skills.

sin's are all about the element of suprise and taking down our opponent as fast as we can.  being aggressive comes with the territory my friend and i'm glad you have it *cheers*

Yeah, full head on aggresion can get you into trouble tho, but I believe I've managed to control when to go full offensive and when to go defensive on cool downs.  Playing disc priest in 3v3 in WoW makes you do that.  I'm just wondering when dmg formulas are gonna come out for good balance in stats.  I would assume just like all the other MMOs it'll be 3:1, crit:atk power, maybe 4:1 for pvp.

Yeah forced evasion is like a skill you get at like lvl 1,3, or 5 :P

Screw those formulas! xD

Make your own character stat build. Just like i did in WoW - while everyone was following some kind of tested talent trees, i made my own unique tree for hunter and it just rocked! :D  and all i did was a lot of thinking how to make something like that. I think i'll do same in this game with my templar... but will see then  ^^

Forced evasion is good, but it's a saved CD for other CD imo.

Hey guys, just wanted to clarify the thing about evasion. I've read a lot of forums about sins and what not. You can only cap at 30% for evasion. The way evasion works is simple really. You don't really need to stack evasion because of the way the formula works. It's (Evasion - Accuracy) x 0.10 = Dodge% so if you have 1000 evasion and the person you're fighting has 700, you'll have 300 more points, therefore 300 x 0.10 = 30% dodge. So someone like a chanter or might melee you, you'll probably dodge no problem without any evasion stones. However, it looks likes it's capped at 30% though =\.
