Here is a 2 part video of a level 30 Ranger from CBT5 doing some PvP. I am not sure what level the enemy players are, it says they are level ??, but I am pretty sure they are all in their 20's and he takes on more then one of them many times.
The videos are in HD quality which is what I watched it in but I am embedding them in standard, just double click them to go to the page and watch them in HD if you want ... I know it loads to slow for some.

That 1st Ranger was moving backwards. Notice the arrow that appears below him.
He was giving himself a damage reduction.
+ to Parry
+ to Block
- Physical Damage
- Movement Speed
Bad move for a burst class.
Don't learn from that 1st guy. I don't think he even understands Battle Movement Bonuses
Btw I think I'm switching from SM to Ranger. I will know for sure this coming weekend.
