Stigma calculator.

 

Looking at the builds for stigmas i was wondering, i know they have 0 cast time but do the AoEs have an animation delay?  i want to build my glad with as little animation delay as possible.  If most of the AEs have this issue them i'll most likely go dual wield all the way.  but if the AoEs are instant as well, them i'm fucked because i love both
