Books aren't always real facts..... Just look at Harry Potter. Last I heard people generally believe something when they see it with their own two eyes.

If i had to choose I'd say cheesecake is more a pie than a cake.
Well kinda the same topic....why are cookies called cookies? you don't cook them do you? last i checked they were baked.....so why not bakies

I went with pie. Though I can't see them calling it cheesepie.
In any event, I hate cheesecake. Overrated.

Also, I guess wikipedia also states somewhere that it is a tart. Well... a tart is indeed a TYPE of PIE. Therefore.... CHEESE CAKE = PIE.
